KNE FAQ  VENDORS:  

Q)What are the set times?       

A) Early set up is on Thursday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.  Doors will open again at 7:00am on Friday for vendors to complete their set ups.  


Q) Where can we park our vehicles/trailers during the show?         

A). You may park your trailers along the back side of the building.  

  

Q) Can we drive in to the building to unload?       

A). Weather permitting we will open doors to allow entry.  If you are allowed to drive in you must unload and immediately move your vehicle outside of the building.          


Q) Is there WiFi?       

A). Yes,  there is WiFi.   The password will be given to you at check-in.  


Q)  Is there an additional fee for electricity?       

A). There is no additional fee for electricity. All booth spaces have access to electrical outlets.  However, we do recommend that you also bring extension cords.  


Q)  Are tables included in my booth fee?       

A). Yes.  Each space will be provided two (more if your booth is greater than 12x12) cafeteria size tables and chairs.    


Q). Will there be food and beverages available for purchase on the premises?       A). Yes.  We are happy to welcome back The Pie Source as our food vendor.  She will be set up throughout the weekend.  


Q). Is there an ATM nearby     

A). Yes.  There is an ATM in the Exhibit Hall.    


INSTRUCTORS AND STUDENTS:  

Q) Will registrations still be accepted during the show?       

A). Yes, if the class you wish to take has available seats and the instructor has enough material to accommodate you, you may sign up and pay for the class at the registration desk.  


Q). How do I find my class?       

A) Instructors and Students must Check in at the registering desk upon arrival.  A floor map of the building will show each class location.    


Q). Can instructors cancel their class if not enough students sign up?      

A). Instructors need to let the organizers as know if the they wish to cancel their class due to not enough students by 1 week prior to the show.  We encourage instructors to not cancel, however, as we do get late registrations.    


Q) What happens if the instructor cancels class?     

A). If your class is cancelled because an instructor is ill or some other reason, we will 1) attempt to find a substitute, 2) offer to transfer you to another class of equal value/interest, 3) refund your class fee.  


Q). I have questions about my class.  How do I contact my instructor?      

 A). Your instructor has furnished an email that is displayed on the Classes page.  We suggest that you contact them through email.
